1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply when you download, install or play the game, as an Android app or in the browser. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply.

3. What you may do

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game for free for private, non-commercial use. You may capture and share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay.

4. What you may not do

Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or parts of it;
Extract 3D models, music, sounds, images or code from the game and use or distribute them separately;
Modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Tokens and progress

Tokens are in-game currency that you earn and spend only in the game. They cannot be bought, exchanged for money or anything else, and have no monetary value. Your progress is stored only on your device. If you clear the app data or uninstall the app, it is lost and we cannot restore it.

6. Disclaimer: everything is fictional

All cars, brands, teams, circuits and characters in Diablo Driver 666 are fictional. Any resemblance to existing cars, brands, circuits or persons is unintended. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any car manufacturer, racing team, circuit or other game company.

7. No warranty

The game is free and provided as is. We do not guarantee that it works on every device or without errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from use of the game, such as lost progress. Your statutory consumer rights always remain.

8. Our rights and those of others

The game, its name, logo and design belong to Purpleclouds B.V. Some 3D models, music, sounds and code come from other creators and are used under their licences, listed under Credits in the game.

9. Changes

We may change the game and these terms, for example with an update. The latest version is always on this page.
